- Night: three lines in a notebook: what I noticed, what I did, how I feel. Ritual nights take a little longer.
- Once a week: tell one person how it's going.

Good to know
Do I need anything else?
No. Every instruction is in your rituals and your morning emails. You'll want a notebook, a few candles in your ritual colors, and a bowl for the Abundance ritual.
What if I miss a day?
Pick up where the calendar is. The path follows the moon, not perfection. A missed night isn't a failed path.
Why does it start after the full moon?
So that clearing happens as the moon wanes, planting as it grows, and your Abundance ritual ends on the next full moon. The timing comes from the old traditions, and it gives the forty days a shape.
Will this make me money?
No one can promise that, and we won't. This is a spiritual practice for focus and intention. What changes is how clearly you know what you want and how often you act on it.
